Shipping and Delivery

For main centres, delivery times are estimated at 3-4 working days from the date of dispatch. For outlying areas, we deliver in 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Unfortunately not. Once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to amend the delivery address. Reach out to us at orders@vinofomo.com if there is absolutely no way you'll be able to receive your order at your nominated address.

No, our courier only works Mon - Fri between 08:00 and 17:00

Our courier does not have a live tracking function. You can however call them on 021 905 9716 and they will be able to assist telephonically. Please have your order number when you call.

We charge a Nationwide flat rate fee of R89 for up to 2 cases (12 bottles of wine) An additional R70 is added for each 2 cases ordered. eg: 1 Cases will cost you R89 as will 2 cases, 3 cases will cost you R159 as will 4 cases, 5 cases will cost you R229 as will 6, and so on. *Note these calculations are based on cases of 6, cases of 12 are classed as two cases.

Orders

Once an order has been placed, we aren't able to change its contents – but we might be able to cancel it if you get in touch quickly. 

We use PayFast as our payment provider. They accept payments via Credit and Debiit Cards, Instant Eft and Zapper

Please reach out to us at hello@vinofomo.com with your cancellation request within 24hours of placing your order so we can instruct the courier to not fulfil your order.

Returns

Yes, you can return items within twenty one (21) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Refunds will be finalised within 7-14 business days.

Yes. Once we have accepted a return and approved a refund, you will receive the refund in the same manner as payment was made.

Other

Our seasonla offers run quarterly as follows:

- Spring from 1 Sep till 30 Nov

- Summer from 1 Dec till 28/29 Feb

- Autumn from 1 Mar till 31 May

- Winter from 1 Jun till 31 Aug

Unfortunately, we don’t offer mixed cases on the boxed or bottled wine. We are working to add this feature soon.
